Shipping Rules and Policies

Amoroso's Bakery takes great pride in every product we offer and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date.

Shipping Fees

Prices for our products are based on the product menu cost, as well as a handling fee for the custom packaging needed to ship our products safely. In addition, FedEx and UPS does add shipping charges. Expedited shipping fees may be incurred for quicker delivery. Shipping charges vary depending  on the item being shipped, the distance the package is traveling, and the speed of delivery required for the product. This information can be found at checkout for a specific item, after you enter your shipping address.



Our products are baked to order, frozen, and shipped with ice packs. Please order 5 to 7 days in advance of your needed arrival in order for us to have ample time for packaging and freezing your items for travel. We are unable to guarentee the time of delivery, as this is subject to the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8 am to 10 pm. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order earlier and schedule it to arrive 1 to 2 days before your event. Our products can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to preserve freshness.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday so that your package can arrive in 1 to 2 business days. We ship to physical addresses only, no P.O. Boxes please. Orders shipped to locations East of the Mississippi River will be by FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground. Orders heading West of the Mississippi River must be shipped either 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air or Overnight.


Carrier Delay

Amoroso's Bakery is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather conditions, mechanical problems or error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safetly control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information. We do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the indivdual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside of our control.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their confirmation email.
