Refunds and Cancellations

Given the perishable nature of our items, all items on are final sales. We are working hard to provide expedited and fast processing, therefore there are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders that are in processing.


For Cancellation Requests on Unshipped Orders, we ask that you please provide us a 48 hours notice proir to the earliest estimated delivery date. We will do our very best to accommodate requests, however, not all requests are guarenteed to be fulfilled. The sooner you get in touch, the better. NO CHANGES can be made after an order is shipped. Cancelled orders will be remedied with an Amoroso's Bakery Gift Card, not a refund.



We do our very best to provide you with the best quality product possible, and we realize tastes differ. We are very sorry if you were expecting a different tasting product or a product that looked differently than the one you received. We also ask that you not expect our products to meet expectations based on prior experiences with the same product baked by a separate party. We do not send replacement items or issue refunds in these cases.


Other Reasons

If for some reason the information given to us here at Amoroso's Bakery was incorrect, no refund can be given. The order can be reshipped at the customer's expense. To avoid a situation like this, please be sure to double check all your order information prior to finalizing your order. Refunds are not given for Acts of God; Problems not related or caused by Amoroso's Bakery; Wrong address provided at checkout; Not following handling and thawing instructions; A product sent to someone who is out-of-town; Arrival time on day of delivery.



Due to FDA regulations with regards to food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of cakes once they have left our facility.
