Storage and Serving Instructions
We ship our cakes frozen and pack them in an insulated cooler with ice packs. Cakes may thaw in transit.
Upon arrival, take the cake out of the shipping container and store it in your freezer or place it in your refrigerator. Cakes may be kept frozen for up to 6 months in their original wrapping, or unwrap and place in cake carrier and store in the refrigerator for up to 72 hours.
Thaw & Serve
Completely unwrap while cake is still frozen and leave at room temperature in cake dome for around 3 - 4 hours. You may also put your cake in the refrigerator the night before and take it out the day of serving. Cakes can be stored at room temperature for 3 - 4 days.
